  1. U r sooo true… I really finally need to spend my hard earn money on :

    New lux handbang
    And damn good sheet

Ive always thino buying lux handbag is a waste of money.. But damn it..i want one..thanks shea!

  2. Most of the time I don't bring my wallet with me.. I have a very small one with 4 cards. I use apple pay if I have to pay. I don't understand the use of a big wallet – my mother carries like two of them in her bag and it's just filled with unneccessary items. I usually don't use a bag either only if I go shopping or to work.
I don't own jeans am I the only person that hates jeans?? They're so uncomfortable.

  3. I will be 30 in a year and I'm definitely missing a few of these! Namely the handbag, steamer, retirement savings and bucket list. The last one I will do over the holidays. The handbag I will save up for so I can treat myself on my 30th. The steamer I think I can live without for now, until I find a place to put it and the retirement savings will have to wait until my business is up and running properly..
Thanks Shea, you've given me a lot to think about!! ❤️

  4. It’s sad that there are people who are thirty and have missed key years of savings for investment. The first ten years of your working life will determine if you are wealthy later. If you miss that window, you can not catch up. It’s simple math.

  5. My daughter is 21 and has all these things (except for steamer, and the handbag is a hand me down ) she also has health insurance, her own car and her own well furnished appartement. She’s had a job since she is 16 while still going to school and university. She also save our house when she was 16 with a fire extinguisher as the microwave caught on fire. I raised her as a single parent so she is not a spoiled brat or feel entitled either.

  6. I had to order that wallet. I’m like you, a billion bags all different sizes. but I will use a bag liner so I can pull out everything and put it in a new bag really quickly.

  7. … not everyone can afford a LV bag even when they’re 30 🙄 also there are way more important things to have 🤷🏻‍♀️

  8. I’m 39 and I still don’t know what type of handbag I like or wallet I like just yet. I think because I jumped into fashion late. But I own a black bag and a white one and I bought them years ago.

  9. Sunday mornings with Shea and coffee are the best! And look at that lovely snow outside her kitchen window ♥️❄️

  10. The fact that you wanted to scape the cold weather while my brazilian ass was looking at the window like “omg it’s snowing and she’s not giving a f*ck?” because I’ve never seen snow and I can’t stand this beachy weather anymore….

  11. Thanks for trying, but your list is mostly just 'stuff' that most can take or leave. The LV bag is a big no for me as it has logos all over it and not elegant at all. Jeans are so American and not very classy either. Good try, but your top 10 should have included life insurance, retirement and charity donations/volunteering. Otherwise it seems like you just sold yourself out to the folks who advertize.

  12. Excellent points about travel! 💗 A favorite quote of mine: “Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one's lifetime.” ― Mark Twain, The Innocents Abroad / Roughing It

  13. I’ve had a bucket list for years mainly it’s seeing certain places that I thought one day maybe and I’ve actually crossed a few off earlier then expected and added more on lol

  14. Good recommendations Shea!!👍…You're very funny and enthusiastic!!!😀✌!!!!….I keep being in love of your dress room!!!😍OMG!!!!!!….Greetings from México!!!💖😘….Happy Holidays!!🎅🎄🎁🙏

  15. That handbag and wallet are so ugly but I appreciate the concept. I don’t like plastic coated canvas (LV Monogram). The PVC coating lowers men’s sperm count and I can’t believe it is healthy for women to touch. I love a nice mattress, but plastic sheets are not healthy for you to sleep in.

  16. I started my retirement account in my mid 20s. I'm so happy I did. I was forced to retire 2 years early when my company moved out of town and didn't invite anyone to move. I am living better in retirement than when I was working. Please please anyone who reads this do the sacrifice and start saving now! I had to wait a little longer to purchase a house ( and I paid it off way before I retired) but my life now is sweet. Indie all this and my salary was no more than $60K. It can be done.

  17. 32 actually is the perfect age. Im 61 and always say that it’s just right and I have great memories @ 32!!👍🏻😊🤩

  18. Great and Funny video Shea, But Not a lot of 30 year olds have that luxury of having those things, especially designer bags, that would be like a months worth of groceries for their family if they have one, priority is the main Goal….most women will put they’re children first, and not buy so much for themselves, this coming from a #59 year old……Love Your Channel, But Sometimes Be Real Girlie…..Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas 🎄 and A Wonderful New Year from Queensland Australia 🇦🇺🤶🏻🎅🏻🎄🎄🦃🦃🦃

  19. At age 30 I was broke, single, living with roommates and trying to make ends meet, didn't have any of this things or even think about them and is ok, don't feel bad is that is your case, keep trying and you will find your way, not everyone is successful by age 30.

  20. By the time I was 30, I had 4 children, a long-term partner, my own house and gardens, an Honours University education, a good job and good health, thank God

  21. The fire extinguisher is necessary at any age if there’s kids at the house 😆😆😂😂😂😂😂 toddlers are determined to burn the house down 😂😂

  22. I love this because it’s so relatable and fits your channel even though you focus mostly on fashion. I appreciate this slight departure and would love to see more! Thanks from a fellow 32 year old lady. 🙂

  23. Great video and I would also include a living will and durable power of attorney. These are important if you have children, especially!

  24. i will be 30 in 2 months. really need a good jeans and retirement fund. i just signed up health insurance this year. 😬

  25. I’m 32 and I don’t believe in bucket lists. I know I won’t go through all of the items by the time the “deadline” comes. Also, not everyone can afford an Erin Condren planner. You don’t need a passport if you’re not going to travel. I do love watching exercise videos on YT though.

  26. And not one peep about a healthy nest egg in the event of a disastrous setback (an illness, a wreck, a lay-off), health insurance or dental insurance? Sorry, but your teeth are more valuable than a designer bag ever will be.

  27. A second story fire escape ladder is great to have as well as a fire extinguisher. I bought my son’s family one when they bought a split level house with the bedrooms upstairs.

  28. And you should also have self-defence training. And own at least a gun or two.But don't wait until you're 30 though for these things!

  29. Great suggestions! You should also consider including having your will and advanced healthcare directives set. Regardless of how wealthy you are or whether you are married or not, or whether you have “told” your next of kin what you want to happen to you in certain situations you need to have it documented to ensure you things happen the way you want them to. I didn’t think to do this until I was 34, when I traveled overseas for the first time. I didn’t get my passport before then because I couldn’t afford to travel overseas before I moved into the job I got at that age, but you’re right, traveling is life changing and such a blessing 🙂

  30. But seriously? It’s like u have nothing better to do in ur life. U need a leash woman! Ur always always always make omg stupid jokes, seriously can’t believe I wasted anytime watching ur annoying tone. Am I alone? Or some people agree ? Seriously by age 30 every woman needs a fire extinguisher? Gosh ur could not b more stupid. Sorry but I can’t

  31. I bought my first LV bag (speedy 30 in damier azur print) at age 20. After that i NEVER bought another luxury bag EVER until this year..11 yrs later i am now 31 and just bought myself my second luxury bag, my first luxury wallet amd also a key cles all from Louid Vuitton. Idk why i waited 11 yrs but i guess i wasnt really concerned with that stuff. Giess i was trying to find myself in my 20s. I also gave birth to my only child at 25 yrs old.

  32. I like Shea but I hate video's like this one because this is how shyte get started before long you will have young girls thinking her thoughts are the Bible to what looks good and woman should have by 30! I notice she didn't put a husband with a great job and a YouTube channel that brings in $15,000 a month to help you look like her and have the luxury items she has!

  33. Hi. I’m a new subscriber to your Channel but I’ve been watching you and enjoy your videos. Pls tell me what kind of mattress you have. Thank you. Merry Christmas!!!

  34. Can you do a video on how to keep your clothes clean and nice when you have kids?? I’m about to have a boy and I don’t want to buy a bunch of nice outfits for him to ruin them

  35. I’m turning 30 in about 2 weeks, and I’m glad I’ve got MOST of these things.
I’m working on my passport (planning to get it by February) and I’ve been contemplating whether or not I need a steamer.
I’m more of a backpack girl (I hike a lot) and I have a fantastic one from Dakine, so I’d say that’s my “good quality bag”. And we just got a Sports Mattress (one specifically for people leading an active lifestyle) and it is INCREDIBLE.
